Fighting for Consumers
The Auditor’s office is the watchdog for consumers. Whether it’s the gas pump or the grocery store, I will work to make sure we’re getting what we pay for. And when companies or retailers let us down, I will fight to hold them accountable.
Prioritizing Transparency
Between local budgets, abatements, or public spending, we deserve to know where our tax dollars are going; I will bring all of this information online and in an easily searchable way. We have a right to know how our communities are spending our money.
Modernizing the Office
You should be able to easily access basic information about a property, dog licenses, or taxes. As Auditor, I will make sure our website is user-friendly, that we excel at customer service, and we make it as easy as possible to get information from the office.
Keeping People in Their Homes
The places we live are more than buildings and walls, they’re our homes. As Hamilton County Auditor, I will work with elected leaders, lenders, and the non-profit sector to keep seniors in their homes and advocate for renters stuck with unethical landlords. As housing costs continue to go up, we need elected leaders who will prioritize accessibility to housing across the region.
